Project: NFC (Near Field Communication)
Tag Application.
Year: 2018/Present.
Ask: To help build a solution that appeases the Chinese Stadium Good representative by adding an element to the authentication process.
Solution: We've provided robust custom software that recoded encoded information into an RFID device, making it extremely hard to get duplicated, removed, or faked at the destination without physically damaging it. In addition, the RFID strip was heat sensitive and mechanical secured into the original goods before shipping.

Project: Field Scheduling Tool (FTS).
Year: 2019.
Ask: Provide a transformational solution via a digital interaction that would help administer the incoming and scaling requests to test or activate services and organize standing resources to maximize the support during business hours—minimizing the “fire drill” requests.
Solution: We've designed and implemented an end-to-end multitiered scheduling and ticketing solution. All requests and assignments to Testing Engineers were standardized. In addition, the solution provided a real-time breakdown of allocation by group or by an individual monthly or annually that helped understand the seasonality and scaling required to cover Tester Engineer to handle tasks rescheduling avoiding management overload and case resolution.

Project: E-commerce Digital Transformation.
Year: 2016/2017.
Ask: Decouple both mobile and desktop presentation layers so that one could replace the business driver (IBM) or Infosys from its core without impacting the customer experience and unifying shopping experiences across channels. We also helped develop critical features missing from either IBM or Infosys, such as: Buy online and pick-up in-store, wish-list, and more.
Solution: We've developed first-in-class e-commerce headless "React/Nodejs" based. It was done in record time (3 releases in less than nine months) and recognized by the React community for our collaboration in several libraries.
Project: E-commerce Redesign.
Year: 2014/2015.
Ask: We had to unify all e-commerce websites to work seemingly under Oracle ATG while holding the branding look & feel and user experience tailored to each.
Solution: We've delivered a world-class ATG implementation across all brands, streamlining support and features.

Project: In-store App
(Mobile Point-of-Sale, PoS).
Year: 2012/2013.
Ask: Ann Taylor wanted as a pilot program (10 stores in NYC) to add flexibility, offer the entire online product catalog within premises, and reduce time in the checkout process.
Solution: We created a hybrid application deployed into iPads, allowing associates to checkout buyers, avoid long lines, and place reservations and orders from stores or the online catalog for unavailable garments. The solution helped standardize the in-store and online promotion engine and loyalty reward program. As a secondary effect, it provided richer and faster financial information, allowing logistics optimizations.
